Beginners Slow Flow Yoga

Mondays 6:15pm - 7:15pm

If you are completely new to yoga or are coming back to your practice after a break, then our Beginners Slow Flow Yoga Class is perfect for you.

In this class we will journey through the fundamentals of Yoga including:

  • Key Yoga Asana (poses)
  • How to adjust key Asanas (poses) so that they are right for your body
  • Foundation Yoga sequences that you can practice at home
  • Pranayama (breathing) practices
  • Mindfulness practices
  • meditation techniques
