Beginners Slow Flow Yoga

If you are completely new to yoga or are coming back to your practice after a break, then our Beginners Slow Flow Yoga Class is perfect for you.
In this class we will journey through the fundamentals of Yoga including:
- Key Yoga Asana (poses)
- How to adjust key Asanas (poses) so that they are right for your body
- Foundation Yoga sequences that you can practice at home
- Pranayama (breathing) practices
- Mindfulness practices
- meditation techniques
