Suitable for those seeking a gentle introduction to yoga poses, an exploration of breathwork, and how to cultivate a practice that supports your individual needs. You will learn the purpose of each, how it affects the body and mind, how to practise yoga safely, and be able to ask questions in a non-judgemental environment.
