Mandala Flow
Sundays 9:45am - 11:15am
Mandala Yoga takes inspiration from the elements earth, water, air and fire. Each class is themed on an element corresponding to a specific body part. We start and end with Yin, longer held floor based poses, weaving a creative fun Vinyasa flow Yoga sequence into a 360 circular motion around the mat. Mandala is a lovely balanced form of Yoga combining connection to the breath, challenge and calming relaxation within the practice.
