Mum and Baby Yoga Course (Wetherby)
Tuesdays 10:30am - 11:30am
This is a beginner friendly class, no previous experience of yoga is necessary.
Becoming a Mother is one of the most precious yet challenging times in a woman’s life. Our specially designed Mum and Baby Yoga Classes offer a safe and nurturing environment to support you to reconnect with yourself and bond with your baby. These classes are typically suitable for new mums and babies from 6 weeks to crawling but everyone is welcome.
What you can expect from this class:
- Reconnect with your own body and begin your healing, postpartum journey
- Rebuild strength and improve posture
- Learn breathing practices and relaxation techniques to soothe you and your baby
- Baby friendly poses and movement that encourage your baby’s physical development
- Activities and songs that enhance your baby’s sensory development and communication skills
- Enhance bonding with your baby through touch and mindful presence
- Allocated time to share a warm drink and catch up with other new mothers and their babies
