Pregnancy Yoga
Our Pregnancy Yoga Class is open to any expectant mother who is more than 14 weeks pregnant. Our Pregnancy classes aim to help to reduce any pregnancy discomfort, promote better posture to ease strain on the body, improve flexibility and strengthen muscles, reduce stress and anxiety levels by promoting mindfulness and teaching breathing techniques that can be used to manage pregnancy and labor pains. These classes will also provide women with time out to focus on connecting and bonding with their babies and to meet other expectant mothers during their pregnancy journey.
Our studio is fully equipped with mats and all the props you may need to enhance your Yoga practice. Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in.
