Stretch & Strengthen Yoga
This class is rooted in a vinyasa style practice, it is a dynamic class and fast-paced to create heat, but always at its core we connect breath to movement. You will use Yoga to build your strength and flexibility and enhance your over all mind-body wellbeing.
Each week we focus on a different theme or peak pose, giving you the opportunity to play with new asanas (postures) you may not have come across yet. You will leave the practice feeling stronger and longer.
Yoga experience is desirable but not essential as different options for all levels are offered – the most important thing is to have fun!
