Yin/Yang Vinyasa

Join Carly for her Vinyasa class that combines the two energies of Yin and Yang, helping to restore balance and leave the whole body feeling calmer and revitalised.
This class begins at a slow pace and builds up to a more dynamic vinyasa flow sequence developing strength and focus, followed by calming, longer held yin poses to improve flexibility.
The combination of the two energies allows for a balanced class that builds to a challenge section and then slowly brings the body back to a more restful state.
