Mum and Baby Yoga Course (Headingley)
These classes are typically suitable for new mums and babies from 6 weeks to crawling. This is a beginner friendly class, no previous experience of yoga is necessary.
Our Family Yoga Classes are aimed at children under 7, alongside their siblings and parents. These classes include Yoga poses and fun movement games, mixed with moments of stillness and breath awareness.
