I attended Dawn’s prenatal yoga classes, which were always so calming, so I couldn’t wait to start the mum and baby classes once my little one arrived. The classes are beneficial for both of us, with a focus on gentle postnatal exercises and a time to bond together. They’ve become the highlight of our week.

I've been attending Dawn's pregnancy yoga class since I was about 14 weeks pregnant (currently 34). Dawn is lovely, she sent me a friendly message the day of my class to check how I was which helped me be less anxious about attending the class after doing very little during my first trimester. The classes are relaxing and calming, the perfect way to deal with an aching pregnant body. At one point I was concerned that I was getting pelvic girdle pain, but this didn't get any worse and I'm convinced these classes are why. Dawn will always check in with us and will adapt the class to suit our particular ailments. It is a lovely atmosphere and has really helped during what can be quite a difficult time. I am looking forward to attending the baby classes once my little one has arrived.
