Do I need to bring a yoga mat?

Earth Tree Yoga studio is a luxury, boutique space that is fully equipped with mats and all the props you may need to enhance your yoga practice. You don’t need to bring a mat but you are welcome to do so if you would prefer to use your own.  If you are attending an outdoor class you are welcome to connect energetically to the earth or bring your own mat if that is your preference.

To practice yoga wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in. If you are attending an outdoor class we would recommend that you wear layers.

We recommend leaving at least and hour and a half between eating and practicing yoga.  Different yoga poses require you to twist, fold and stretch your body making them uncomfortable to practice on a full stomach.  It is important to stay well hydrated though and we would encourage you to bring your own water bottle to class.

What happens if I arrive late?

We encourage all our student to arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of class.  If you do arrive late please make your way quietly into the studio and onto your mat.  If you are consistently late we may need to look at finding a class that better suits your timetable.  We ask all our students to be please be aware that arriving late to class is disruptive for everyone attending.
